618HH CLASSIC

You can’t beat the classic, sleek appearance of this jacket—it’s a true motorcycle masterpiece. Stiff at first wear, it gradually develops beautiful creases that mold to your life and movement. I have a 39” chest and own two 618s: the brown steerhide in size 38 for a slimmer henley fit, and the black 618HH in size 40 for layering. The versatility this jacket offers is unmatched.

TOUGH AS THEY COME.

The Schott 618 is the icon—the All-Star. This jacket is truly amazing. The leather quality is top-notch: very stiff at first, but once it breaks in, it molds to your body like a glove.

For reference, I usually wear a size 38 in the 618. My chest measures 39 inches, I’m 5’10”, 140 pounds, with a 30-inch waist and 18-inch shoulders. This time, I went with a size 40. The extra inch of room all around really helps in the shoulders and makes movement easier, especially in horsehide. Steerhide tends to break in faster, but horsehide is a bit tougher and takes longer. I followed the size chart for this purchase, and it worked out great.

The 618 Perfecto is definitely a must-have for leather enthusiasts. I own several leather jackets, but this one truly stands out. The quality of the horsehide is exceptional, it’s worth going the extra mile for. It’s definitely stiff at first, but that’s part of the charm. The design is classic and timeless, making it a standout piece in any collection.

This jacket is awesome!! It is stiff as others have said, but is already loosening up. The sizing was perfect as I followed your recommendations.
Of note: I bought this same jacket in 1987 and had I not gotten taller and chubby I could still wear it. I wore it nearly everyday and it still looks fan frink’n tastic.

This is exactly what you read about, a very shiny, stiff jacket that has all the potential in the world to be molded to your body. Size 46 fit me perfectly (6', 190). Personally I like the basic liner, makes the jacket less bulky and not nearly as heavy as I expected. I know the color will change but I'm embracing the stages of the new look and what it to come as it fades and ages!

First off, most important tip for everyone choosing a jacket on this website: the sizing here is spot on. My exact measures translated into a jacket that fits like a glove.

It is beautiful, shiny out of the box and stiff as hell, but its a jacket that needs to be broken in.

I bought this mainly to wear while riding, and it inspires a lot of confidence. Could not be happier.

This is my first Schott 618 HH and I love it so far. I've had it a week and yes it's still stiff after wearing it every day, around the house, even doing light work outs to break it in. On the train to NY, I got several compliments. It's heavy, shiny and🔥🔥🔥🔥
