His professional journey began in humanitarianism, reporting for NGOs in India and Kenya, before transitioning full-time into journalism. He spent some time at a news desk in Shanghai before moving to New York City to write on men’s health, fitness, and nutrition for publications like Men’s Health, Popular Science, Prevention, and Runner’s World. He even hosted The World’s Strongest Man a couple of times for fun.
This foundation of honing research skills and on-the-ground reporting laid the groundwork for his eventual role as the head of Stridewise LLC, where he uses his training to create the most accurate and helpful online reviews and content.
During his time at Stridewise, he has journeyed to boot workshops, sneaker factories, denim mills, and leather tanneries all over the world. The current list of countries visited in the name of our mission includes Indonesia, India, Vietnam, China, Italy, Spain, England, Guatemala, Mexico, Canada, and seven of the United States.

After a stint at a startup taught him how to build a website from the ground up, he launched Stridewise, a platform that offers comprehensive reviews and stories about high-quality casual wear to guide readers toward making informed purchases and put together outfits that look good and will last a long time.
